We’ve all had them. Those days where you’re just too busy to make it to the gym. Whatever the reason (Sale at Neiman’s, Gossip Girl fix, or the gym just ain’t your thang these days), there’s a new site to help you incorporate mini workouts into your daily routine.  With exercises like the TV Two-fer, Shampoo Presses, and Laundry Legs, you can still get tone and fit without leaving your home.

The best thing about these workouts is that you don’t need any weights or gym equipment. Most of the exercises don’t require anything more than your own body weight for resistance or things you already have around the house, like a vacuum or the kitchen counter, or food cans for Can Can arms.

Another great thing, they’re quick, only 2 sets of 12. And you can do them while you do other things like catch up on LOST, blow-dry your hair, even cook. Although I’d only try that last one if you’re pretty experienced around the kitchen.

So Squeeze It In a couple times of day and you won’t have to suck it in.
