I still remember the day I learned how to tie a scarf like this…

I was on a train from Bath (England) to London with my very fashionable friend Jane. As the train stopped at Paddington Station, she reached in her bag for a long silky pashmina and began her graceful routine (fold-loop-pull). When she finished I thought, “So that’s how you do it.”
While the look was one I’d always wondered about, I never got around to learning how to do it until I saw Jane do it.
So for everyone that’s ever wondered ‘how to tie a scarf like that,’ this post of video tutorials is for you. Here are some of the looks included:

This first clip via Time Out Chicago, shows four different ways to tie a scarf. The fourth style is the ‘European Loop.’ It’s at 4:50 if you want to skip ahead.
This clip shows you how to wear a ‘Muffler’ scarf. I like it cause it’s quick and to the point.
And in case you ever find yourself heading to the Ascot races, here’s how to tie the ‘Ascot’ knot.
Last but not least, watch this clip for some comic relief.
The most important thing to remember is to have fun with your scarves. They’re a great way to spruce up an outfit and can make anything look chic.
