Sometimes getting to the gym can be a real chore. But just because you don’t feel schlepping yourself to the gym doesn’t mean you can’t squeeze in a quick workout.

I recently discovered ExerciseTV.tv, which has a sleuth of free workout videos. Everything from Yoga to Kickboxing, as quick as 2 minutes or as long as 45 minutes.

There’s so many to choose from, it can be a little intimidating. Lucky for you, I’ve gone through a lot of them and will share some of my favs with you.

For a great cardio kickboxing workout, try this one with Amy Dixon.

For cardio and strength training, try Cindy Whitmarsh’s Fat Burn.

Another one I like is Holly Perkins’ 20 Minute Sweat Workout. It’s simple, but you definitely feel the burn.

Have a specific area you want to work on? Try these:

For arms, try Jeanette Jenkins’ Sexy Toned Arms Workout. It’s short, but good. She’s pretty entertaining too.

For abs, try Nicole Stewart’s Body Sculpting Pilates Abs. It’s just over 10 minutes, so it’s a great one if you squeezed for time.

    I’ve taken the bootilicious buns instructor’s, stephanie vittorino, shreadmill class at Equinox. She’s an awesome instructor and her workouts are out of this world.  Good pick Trendspotter.
