Now onto the frosting.
Step 1: Mix together meringue powder and 1 cup water in a medium sized bowl.

Step 2: Then add in Jojoba Oil, 2 cups powdered sugar (for now), cream of tartar, fragrance oil and a few drops of the fuchsia color. Blend with electric mixer. Next you’re going to want to add in the SLS. Be very careful when doing this as this stuff is very potent and will make you cough. Maybe take the bowl outside before pouring the SLS in. Then mix again.

Step 3: Keep adding powdered sugar to the mixture until the frosting stiffens up and has the texture of real frosting. Hint: Thicker frosting is easier to work with, so pile on the sugar.

Step 4: Once you’re satisfied with the consistency and color of the frosting, transfer it to a piping bag and begin frosting your cupcakes. Getting them picture perfect was no easy feat. There were many redo’s.

Step 5: The most important step of all. Make ‘em Pretty! Oh yeah, and give them at least 24 hours to harden before attempting to package.
