Being a newcomer to the whole online sample sale world, I had no idea what my more web savvy friends were talking about when they referred to the DecadesTwo sale. As far as I knew DecadesTwo was a boutique shop in L.A., but whatever they were talking about was definitely happening online? I knew something getting this much buzz had to be worth looking into, so I put my journalism degree to work and went right to the source, which in this case was Hautelook.com, the site hosting the sale.
The gals at Hautelook were so nice and kindly filled me in on all the nitty gritty details. According to Hautelook, the folks at DecadesTwo pull together their most amazing Chanel pieces for this really exclusive sale, which is special because Chanel never goes on sale.
You can expect to see discounts up to 60% off retail prices. Wow, that’s impressive! It sounds like most of the merchandise is from past collections, the most recent pieces being from the Spring 2008 runway shows. But we all know, if there’s one label that can definitely stand the test of time, it’s Chanel.
Our friends at Hautelook were even kind enough to give us a little sneak peek at some of the merchandise.
These two classic 2.55 quilted Chanel bags with chain straps in both black and vibrant coral are among the bags the items that will be on sale. I’m sure these won’t last very long, so get their quickly.
